Optimized Chemical Stability: The polyurethane outer layer is specifically engineered for stamping environments. It offers excellent resistance to lubricants, rust inhibitors, and cleaning fluids, which ensures that the wheels remain durable without peeling or degradation.

Precision CNC & Dynamic Balancing: With full CNC machining and G6.3 dynamic balancing, these wheels ensure smooth operation during high-speed travel (≤60m/min) and frequent start/stop cycles. This design significantly reduces the impact on AGV drive systems and motors while improving positioning accuracy.

Modular Design for Versatility: Our design supports various connection methods (keyways, splines, and flanges) and offers a diameter range of Ø180mm–Ø300mm, ensuring full compatibility with mainstream heavy-duty AGV platforms used by automotive OEMs.
