Details

These food-grade non-slip polyurethane wheels feature a 304/316 stainless steel core and a non-toxic, odorless, food-grade polyurethane overcoat. They are designed for clean and hygienic environments such as food processing, cold chain logistics, and baking. They offer high cleanliness, excellent non-slip performance, and long-term durability, fully complying with international food safety regulations such as HACCP and GMP.

Food-grade non-slip polyurethane wheels

Core advantages

• Food-grade safety certification

The polyurethane material complies with FDA 21 CFR §177.2600 and is non-toxic, non-leaching, and odorless, making it safe for use in equipment that comes into direct contact with food or pharmaceuticals, eliminating the risk of contamination.

• Excellent non-slip performance

The special textured surface design and high-friction polyurethane formula (85a-90a hardness) ensure stable grip on wet and oily surfaces, preventing slippage and shifting, and enhancing operational safety.

• All-stainless steel construction, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean

The wheel core and bracket are made of high-quality 304/316 stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance. The smooth surface is seamless and supports high-pressure water washing, steam sterilization, and CIP cleaning, meeting AISI 3-A hygiene standards.

• Wear-resistant and shock-absorbing, with quiet operation

Food-grade PU provides excellent elastic cushioning, protecting floors while reducing operating noise (≤65db), making it suitable for cleanrooms requiring a quiet environment.

• Wide temperature resistance, adaptable to diverse operating conditions

Applicable temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C (up to 100 °C for short periods). Suitable for a variety of applications, including cold storage, high-temperature cooking areas, and cleaning rooms.
